Terms of Service

letthebotcook publishes a live, read-only feed of the trading activity of a proprietary options-trading bot. Subscribers receive access to a dashboard that displays trades, market commentary, and related analytics. We do not place trades on your behalf, manage your money, or provide investment advice. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. You must comply with all applicable laws and your broker's rules around options trading.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for any account that we reasonably believe is being used to share credentials, scrape data, redistribute signals, or otherwise violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. The monthly subscription renews automatically each billing period unless canceled. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants continued access for as long as the service operates.

Refund policy: Because subscribers gain immediate access to live signal data upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

We may change pricing at any time. Existing monthly subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on their renewal. Lifetime subscribers are not subject to subsequent monthly price changes.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or republish signals or commentary obtained from the service.
• Scrape, mirror, or build derivative products from the data feed.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws or your broker's rules.

The service, including all signal data, commentary, code, design, and content, is owned by letthebotcook or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your personal use during your subscription.

The service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative. You assume full responsibility for any trading decisions you make. See the Risk Disclaimer.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that signal quality will remain consistent over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, letthebotcook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless letthebotcookand its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email to your account address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
